Here is a list of glass we stock:

• Monolithic Glass also called “Picture framing glass” is an affordable choice to enhance your prints. Monolithic Glass is the perfect option for small to medium size prints.
• Toughened Glass has a slight green tint to the body of the glass and a very dark green edge detail. Toughened glass is used when strength and safety are important considerations for projects where large prints have to be displayed.
• Toughened Glass Extra Clear has little tint to the body of the glass appearing almost completely transparent. Extra clear glass is suitable for whites and off-white colours, whereas the standard glass affects lighter colours due to the green tinge.

From there, you can upload an image/images from your computer. We accept jpg, png or pdf files. For best results we recommend that you use files between 1 and 35 MB 300 dpi.

After you have completed the order form, one of our team members will be in contact with you and a quotation will be sent to you.

Once you have placed your order, your print will fall into the production queue. Each product is printed and hand-assembled in our shop. We aim to print, assemble, and ship your artwork within three (3) to four (4) weeks.

Please note: Turn-around time might differ according to glass selection. Special glass needs special attention.

FISCHER FIXING KIT

Small to medium glass art will come with The Fischer Fixing Kit which has concealed metal brackets with strong edge clips to securely retain the glass.

• The Fischer Fix is the ideal fixing needed for the safe and secure installation of glass. 
• The design of the fixing allows one to fasten glass into most base materials including solid substrates (concrete or stone), masonry (brick) or hollow materials (such as drywalls or hollow-core doors). 
• The Fischer Fix comes in a blister pack consisting of 2 x holders loaded on springs (for the top of the glass); 2 x mirror holders without springs (for the bottom of the glass) and 4 x S plugs to hold the fixing in place when fastening into solid materials. 
• This means the top of the glass can slide easily into its fixture while the bottom remains fixed.

POLISHED STANDOFFS

Another option for small, medium & large glass art is the stylish bright polished standoffs. This option will create a modern sleek feel

• Using the holes in your glass as a template, pencil in drill marks on your mounting surface and begin drilling your anchor holes.
•  Install your selected anchor, leaving enough external threading to allow your barrel to attach to the exposed end.
•  Thread down your selected barrels onto your anchor and hand tighten them.
• Thread you’re into your barrel.
•  Place your material onto the exposed studs and finish off your installation by fasten your caps over your material and thread onto your studs.

• Gather  cleaning supplies: white vinegar, water (preferably distilled water), spray bottle, microfiber cloth/soft lint-free cloth or newspaper.
• Create a cleaning solution by mixing one part white vinegar and four parts water.
• Spray it on your cleaning cloth, or simply dip the cleaning tool in this solution and wring out the excess fluid. In case the size of the glass is too large or if you are using a newspaper for cleaning then it would be better to spray the solution on the glass itself.
• Rub the glass surface in a circular motion to remove all the spots. Next, wipe with vertical strokes, followed by horizontal swipes to make the glass clean and shiny.
• Finish off with a quick buff using newspaper, or an old cotton t-shirt/cloth diapers to polish the glass.

What is your guarantee and what does it cover? We want you to love your order! If you’re not happy with your order, let us know within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll work on a solution to make sure you’re fully satisfied with the final product.

Our guarantee covers the following:

• Color Issues: Your print looks washed out, dark, or off in color.
• Blur/Pixilation: Your print looks grainy, blurry and more pixelated than the image you uploaded.
• Unintentional Crop: Your image has been cut off along the edges more than expected.
• Damaged Glass/Wrong size glass: Your glass is either chipped, broken or the incorrect size that you ordered.

How we will make sure you receive the glass art you love?

• Replacement: If your order arrives with any problems that fall under our Guarantee we will immediately replace it on us. We will either correct the issues on your current print, or you can select a new image for us to print.
• Refund: If you’re not 100% satisfied with your glass art, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery and we will work with you to find a good solution or refund if need be.
